This page says what SLIPTERRA keeps about you, why, and how to have it removed. We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising trackers.

Your free account

You can look at one player without an account. After that, SLIPTERRA asks for a free account. When you make one, we keep:

• your first and last name and your email address (we email you a sign-in link, which also confirms the address is yours)
• your phone number, if you add one
• your Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube handles, if you add them
• whether you said yes to SLIPTERRA emails and to SLIPTERRA texts
• when you signed up and when you last used SLIPTERRA

What we use it for

• To sign you in and run your account.
• To keep a list of SLIPTERRA members and understand who uses it.
• To send you SLIPTERRA picks and updates by email, only if you ticked that box. Every one of those emails has a way to unsubscribe.
• To text you, only if you added a phone number and ticked the text box. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.

Sign-in emails are sent whenever you ask for one, whatever you chose.

Signing in

• We set one cookie, sl_s, to keep you signed in. It lasts 30 days, can't be read by page scripts, and is removed when you sign out.
• A sign-in link works once, for 30 minutes. We keep only a scrambled copy of it, never the link itself.

When you buy Pro or credits

• Payments are handled by Whop. We never see your card details.
• When you sign in with Whop, Whop gives us your Whop account id and username, and we connect them to your SLIPTERRA account so your purchases show up.
• We keep a record of each credit you use (which account, what it was for, and when) and of each video you order (the player, the prop and the card settings you chose), so a failed video can be made again for 24 hours at no extra charge.

What stays in your browser

Your picks list, your promo code, your card settings and the players you've opened before signing up are kept in your own browser, not sent to us. Videos are made in your browser too.

Visits and error logs

• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and gives us totals, not a profile of you.
• When something breaks, our host keeps a short technical log line so we can fix it. It never contains your cookie, sign-in link or account id.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the database your account is stored in.
• Brevo sends our emails.
• Whop handles payments and Whop sign-in under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Change or delete your information

Email slipterra@gmail.com or message us through Whop to change your details, change your email or text choices, or delete your account. Purchase records Whop keeps are covered by Whop.

Age

SLIPTERRA is for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

If this changes, we'll update the date at the top.
